Main Case 1.

The prayer made in the present petition is for directing the official respondents to pay salary to the petitioners equivalent to their regular counterparts or at least the adhoc counterparts. 2.

Learned counsel would submit that the only issue that survives in the present petition is with regard to the fact that salary paid is equivalent to contractual and not to the adhoc employees and for release of arrears, which he on instructions from the petitioners claim only for 38 months prior to filing of the present petition, for which they would file a representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner by granting them an opportunity of hearing.
