Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sheoran, Advocate for the respondent. ***** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J Civil writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, quashing the decision/speaking order dated 29.10.2020 (Annexure P-11) passed by respondent University in CWP No.10228 of 2020. Learned counsel for the respondent has pointed out that in compliance of the order dated 12.11.2020, speaking order has been passed by the competent authority on 18.01.2021 and copy of the same has already been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. This fact has been duly acknowledged by learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner.
