[2] On our asking, Mr.R.D.Sharma, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 6. Let six sets of paper-book be handed over to him during the course of the day. [3] In view of the nature of the order, which we propose to pass, there is no need to seek any reply-affidavit from the official respondents at this stage. The other respondents also need not to be served as no order prejudicial to their interest is being passed. [4] The petitioners are residents of village Lalpur, Post Office Churiyawas, Tehsil and District Rewari. CWP-27282-2016 -2petition under Section 7 of the Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961, as applicable to State of Haryana has been filed by the Gram Panchayat of the village. It is further alleged that respondent No.6-Assistant Collector Ist Grade, Bawal, before whom that eviction petition is pending, has not taken any effective steps for its timely adjudication. [5] Having heard learned counsel for the parties, considering the nature of relief sought in this petition and without expressing any view on the merits of the allegations made by the petitioners against respondent No.8, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to respondent No.6 to decide the pending eviction petition expeditiously and in accordance with the principles of natural justice, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
