The solitary grievance of the petitioner who is working on contractual basis, is that she be not replaced by another set of contractual employees.
The respondents in their reply have submitted that they have no intention of doing so. Attention of this Court has been drawn to Annexure R-2 in this regard.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner states that grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and the petition may be disposed of as having become infructuous.
Ordered accordingly.
