(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the Valuers Association, Ludhiana, and its members seeking uniform professional fee structure for Valuers across the banking industry as well as across the country on the grounds mentioned in the petition. Their claim has already been considered by the Deputy General Manager, Credit Policy and Procedure Department, State Bank of India, State Bank Bhavan, Madame Cama Road, Mumbai, vide order dated 26.6.2016 and referred the petitioners to approach the Legal Head Office, Chandigarh, for examination of the claim of the petitioners. The petitioners have submitted their representation dated 26.9.2016, vide Annexure P8, to the CGM, State Bank of India, Legal Head Office, Sector 17, Chandigarh.

CWP-27286-2016 Without expression of any opinion regarding the claim of the petitioner Association on merits, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition as pre-mature as no final decision on the claim of the petitioner/ Association has yet been taken.
Counsel for the petitioner Association submits that he would be satisfied at this stage, in case a direction is issued for consideration of the claim of the petitioner Association as mentioned in Annexure P8 dated 26.9.2016, in accordance with law. Accepting said request, this petition is disposed of without expression of any opinion on merits, with a direction to the Chief General Manager, SBI, Legal Head Office Sector 17, Chandigarh, to finally decide the claim of the petitioner Association by passing a speaking order by considering the grievance of the petitioner Association and its members within a period of three months after the receipt of a copy of this order.
