At the asking of the Court, Ms. Vandana Malhotra, Addl. A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. The counsel for the petitioner shall supply three copies of complete paper book to the counsel appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner made a representation of releasing of grant in aid for payment of salary to teachers whose appointments have been approved by the order of the Director Public Instructions (Colleges) Punjab, Chandigarh on 07.06.2013. There has also been a representation given to the respondent to release the grant in aid but still it has not been done. The respondent is directed to release the grant in aid if there is no claim against the petitioner and if the amount is not to be paid, the reasons shall be given and informed to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy PANKAJ KUMAR 2015.02.26 15:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
