Petitioner has sought a direction to restrain the respondents from recounting the votes in view of order passed by respondent no. 2. Grievance of the petitioner is that copy of the order has not been supplied to him. Thus, he is unable to challenge the same.

Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the election tribunal to supply a copy of the order passed to petitioner within a week from today. Needless to observe that petitioner shall be at liberty to avail the remedy available under the law if required.
