Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the official respondents to take appropriate action in the matter regarding encroachment on the pavement made by respondent No.6 by installing cola bhatti and tandoor causing damage to the business of the petitioner and inconvenience to the general public.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner got issued legal notice dated 31.07.2018 (Annexure P3) in this regard to respondent No.2-Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana, but no decision has been taken thereon till now.

In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana to look into the legal notice dated 31.07.2018 (Annexure P3) which has been got issued by the petitioner and take required action thereon, if any, expeditiously and DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2018.08.31 15:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
