The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for quashing seniority list (Annexures P-3 and P-4) dated 28.08.2017 2.

Learned State counsel submits that on 26.03.2019, learned counsel for the petitioners sought time to place on record the objections in the light of order dated 07.02.2018 and it was recorded that in case, needful is not done by the next date of hearing, present petition shall be liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution. Till date, the order dated 26.03.2019 has not been complied with by learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, despite the case having been called out twice. Even on the last occasion when the case was taken up, none had appeared.

It appears the petitioners have lost interest in pursuing the present case.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
