Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Petitioners, Harnek Singh son of Bakshish Singh and Simarjit Singh son of Gurcharan Singh are seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the official respondents 1 to 4 for getting recovered possession of the land forming part of the compromise (P-1) on the basis of which order dated 22.3.2003 (P-2) was passed by the learned Lok Adalat, Muktsar.
At the time of hearing, realising that the said order dated 22.3.2003(P-2) on the basis of compromise (P-1) in the light of provisions of Section 22 of the Legal Services Authority Act,1987 amounts to a decree by Civil Court executable under the provisions of Code of Civil Procedure, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition to enable the petitioners to seek their remedy in accordance with law.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. 11.03.2015.
