The petitioner prays for issuance of a direction to respondent No.1 to 3 for protecting her life and liberty from respondent No.4 to 9. 2.

From the reading of the petition, it is evident that there was an agreement to sell between the parties. The petitioner lodged an FIR and the dispute was settled.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground to issue the writ as prayed for is made out.
