Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0179 dated 29.10.2020 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station City Moga, District Moga.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sirtaj Singh submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. He has instructions to submit that the petitioner is not involved in any other criminal case.
