JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The petitioner, who was aspirant for the post of Constable in District Police Cadre and Armed Police Cadre of Punjab Police has preferred to file this petition seeking a writ of Certiorari for quashing the impugned Result List (P.7) as also the impugned Result List (P.9) whereby he has not been selected because of his less height.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition stating that correct documents have not been annexed with the petition, with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.
