Mz.Sudeepti Sharma,DAG Punjab Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Petitioner is Assistant Treasurer and was posted at Amritsar. He had challenged the orders dated 29.11.2016(P-3) and 7.12.2016(P-5) whereby he was assigned and deputed for duty at Sub-Treasury office at Patti, District Tarn Taran for the period from 2.12.2016 to 31.1.2017. By filing present writ petition he was claiming re-adjustment in his work period at the deputed place on account of his domestic problems. At the time of hearing,learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous in the light of subsequent order dated 27.12.2016 whereby his prayer has been sympathetically considered.
Dismissed as infructuous.
