  JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) As the petitioners have been declared innocent, the present petition for quashing of FIR No.212 dated 22.08.2021 under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Sarabha Nagar, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such. Needless to say that in case at a subsequent stage, they sought to be made an accused, they are free to avail their remedies in accordance with law.
