Both the writ petitions arise out of the same facts. The grievance of the petitioner is that the legal notice given by him has not been disposed of by the respondents in the manner that was directed by this Court in CWP No.16387 of 2012 dated 31.08.2012. The petitioner's legal notice shall be duly considered and the appropriate decision taken on the same in accordance with law shall be informed to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
