The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of appointment of enquiry officer, charge sheet dated 01.05.2014 (Annexure P-1) and subsequent orders passed by the authorities which have culminated into termination of her services.

This Court by order dated 11.09.2023 in CWP No.6115 of 2019 titled as "Reena Panta vs. Union of India and others" has held that writ petition against Army Public School-respondent with respect to contractual matters of employees is not maintainable. The case of the petitioner is squarely covered by aforesaid judgment. 3.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that aforesaid order is under challenge before a Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.1476 of 2023.

Concededly, the operation of aforesaid judgment passed by this Court has not been stayed.

The petition stands dismissed in view of judgment dated 11.09.2023 passed by this Court in Reena Panta's case (supra). The petitioner is at liberty to avail remedies as permissible by law. 6.

The dismissal of this petition shall not be construed as opinion of this Court on merits.
