(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner before this Court that he was selected for the post of PRT Teacher by HSSC Board but till date he has not been given appointment letter though the persons lower in merit have been joined. On 24.08.2017, the Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education clarified that the result of the petitioner was declared along with the result of other candidates especially Umed Singh, who has joined Notice of motion On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply copy of the petition to the learned State counsel by today itself.
