Having argued the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he be permitted to withdraw this petition so as to enable the petitioners' to move the Deputy Commissioner, Panipat (respondent No.1) by filing a comprehensive representation as regards their grievances qua the quality of material that is being used in respect of the construction of lawyer's chambers as also, the violation/deviations of the approved sanctioned building plans.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

This Court is sanguine that if the petitioners indeed move any such representation, as indicated above, the same shall be duly considered and dealt with by respondent No.1 and appropriate orders in accordance with law shall be passed after affording an opportunity to all the stake holders, within a period of four weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order.
