Learned State counsel as well as learned senior counsel for respondents No.3 to 5 have raised no objection to the aforesaid course being adopted.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

It goes without saying that in case the petitioner approaches respondent No.4 - Joint Commissioner-II, Municipal Corporation, Gurugram within a period of two weeks from today, then the Joint Commissioner-II, Municipal Corporation, Gurugram/competent authority is directed to conclude the proceedings in question within a period of six weeks thereafter.
