However, he prays that time bound directions may be issued for the decision on the Show Cause Notice/proposed demolition action dated 27.02.2026 (Annexure P-5), issued under Sections 261(1) and 262(1) of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994.

Learned State counsel as well as learned senior counsel for respondents No.3 to 5 have raised no objection to the aforesaid course being adopted.

It goes without saying that in case the petitioner approaches respondent No.4 - Joint Commissioner-II, Municipal Corporation, Gurugram within a period of two weeks from today, then the Joint Commissioner-II, Municipal Corporation, Gurugram/competent authority is directed to conclude the proceedings in question within a period of six weeks thereafter.
