(Oral) The mutation cannot be kept in abeyance in view of the ratio decidendi culled out by a Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Jagjit Singh vs. Divisional Commissioner Patiala and others 2012 (13) RCR (Civil) 96. The earlier mutation bearing No.3078 has been set aside on the basis of the order dated 22.03.1965. If at all, the petitioner is aggrieved of the same, he is at liberty to seek vindication of grievance under Section 145 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887.

With the aforementioned liberty, writ petition stands disposed of.
