RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.61, dated 06.08.2022, under Sections 323, 354, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Abohar, District Fazilka, alongwith all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise, Annexure P-2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy as available to them under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
