(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C., bearing No. MNT/125/27/2021 instituted on 16.02.2021 (Annexure P-1) by the respondent against the petitioner and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom pending before the court of Ld. Principal Judge, Family Court, Moga.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.

Permitted to do so with liberty aforesaid.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
