...Respondent
CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE RITU BAHRI
Present:
Mr. R.S. Dhull, Advocate for the petitioner.
**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking quashing of answer keys (P-7 and P-8) which are updated to the extent that question No. 7 and 89 are wrong and further prayer is for issuance of direction to the respondent to amend the answer key and consider and call the petitioner for the interview. At the very outset, the present petition is liable to be dismissed as the petitioner scored 118 marks whereas the last candidate scored 120 marks in the EBPGC category and thus no ground is made out to quash the answer keys (P-7 and P-8).
The present petition is dismissed being devoid of any merit. August 31, 2018 (RITU BAHRI) G Arora JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned Yes Whether reportable No Gaurav Arora 2018.09.04 16:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
