  , "This is a petition for anticipatory bail under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 in case bearing FIR No.3 dated 08.01.2025 under Sections 110, 140, 307, 351(2), 190, 191(3) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station City-2 Khanna, District Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has now been settled with the complainant vide Annexure P-2. Adjourned to 20.08.2025.

In the meantime, the petitioner is directed to appear before the SHO/Investigating Officer as and when called upon to join investigation and in the event of his arrest, he shall be released on interim bail on his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of SHO/Investigating Agency, subject to the following conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of AMANDEEP GOSAIN 2025.11.04 19:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

the BNSS [erstwhile Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.]:- i) that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him/her from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court;

iv) such other condition as may be imposed under sub-section (3) of Section 480, as if the bail were granted under that section. A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of the connected case."
