The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to act upon his complaint dated 11.04.2025 and submit status report. 2.

As per pleadings, the petitioner submitted a complaint dated 11.04.2025 before Deputy Commissioner, Yamuna Nager alleging illegal registration of sale deeds by revenue officials. The complaint was forwarded to SDM, Jagadari vide letter dated 30.04.2025. No inquiry has been conducted. She has filed representations dated 01.12.2025 and 22.04.2026 seeking completion of inquiry.
