H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rupinder Singh, states that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and the challan has been filed in this case, as such, he is not required for custodial interrogation by the local police. In these circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 16.11.2019 is made absolute, subject to fulfillment of conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition in that way is allowed.
