(Oral) Allegations are that an amount of Rs.9,43,179/- was deposited in Best Deal Forex Account at the asking of Manika Taneja when the complainant insisted to make payment through bank account only. That was a very clever move on behalf of the accused by saying that the aforesaid firm was being run by the petitioner and the petitioner would deposit the money in the account of the University.

The amount was deposited by the complainant in account No.012851 of OBC Bank on 31.08.2020, but the said amount was not deposited towards fee in the account of the University.
