CM No.9050-CWP of 2018 The present application has been filed for impleadment of the applicant as Legal Representative of deceased-petitioner No.2. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The applicant is permitted to be impleaded as Legal Representative of deceased-petitioner No.2. Amended Memo of Parties annexed with the application is taken on record. Necessary correction be carried out in the soft copy as well.

It is made clear that impleadment of the applicant as Legal Representative in the present writ petition is only for the purpose of

CWP No.27384 of 2016 The present writ petition was filed seeking direction to the respondents to refund 10% of the External Development Charges (EDC) deducted by the HSVP while refunding the balance, when acquisition itself was quashed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioners have received a communication dated 07.09.2018 from Estate Officer, HSVP, Kurukshetra, intimating that the authority has decided to refund 10% of the amount deducted. For the purpose bank account details of the petitioners have been asked for.

Keeping in view the aforesaid development, prayer made in the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such, however, with the observation that after the petitioners furnish bank account particulars, the amount due to them shall be refunded within two weeks thereafter.
