**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioners is seeking quashing the action of respondent No. 3 for deputing juniors of the petitioner i.e respondent No. 6 to 11 to intermediate course prior to them.

At the very outset, the present petition is dismissed as the persons junior to the petitioners have been deputed for intermediate course vide order dated 18.05.2018 and many persons have approached this Court earlier as well where this Court had granted interim relief provisionally but now it is too late to give direction to the respondents to depute petitioners as well.
