!%! ' % HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking quashing of FIR No.73 dated 31.07.2019 registered under Section 380 of IPC at Police Station Kotwali Nabha, District Patiala and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

On 07.11.2022, no one had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners. Same was the position on 17.01.2023. Accordingly, it was directed that counsel for the petitioners be notified of the date fixed i.e. today.
