(Oral) Learned senior counsel for the respondent, on the basis of the e-mail submitted by the District & Sessions Judge, Nuh, submits that the Civil Judge (Jr. Division)-cum-JMIC, Ferozepur Jhirka, is holding the Court at Punhana in the building of Kisan Rest House Punhana and is working on five working days i.e. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive this petition, if so advised.
