Learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks for permission to withdraw the writ petition and states that he would pursue the case for contempt of the order already passed by this Court. 2.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. This is, however, observing the fact that the petitioner has not been fair in filing the full document which ought to have been filed setting out all the terms of the contract.
