Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J.(ORAL) 1.
The petitioner says that he has applied for an additional load which is not being however given by the authority by wrongly reading an order of status quo issued by the Civil Court as impairing the petitioner's right to secure and sanction additional load as well. The status quo granted was in the context of saying only that the disconnection shall not be made. Any activity of the Electricity Board that would require an enhancement cannot be taken as prohibited by Court and will not also hamper the electricity connection which has been given and which is assured by the Civil Court to the tenant. 2.
With this clarification, this writ petition is disposed of. (K. KANNAN) JUDGE February 26, 2015 Pankaj* PANKAJ KUMAR 2015.03.02 13:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
