In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the appeal No.32/2025 titled as 'Rajesh Kumar and others Vs. DRCS Kurukshetra and others', which is pending since 12.03.2025, in a time bound manner. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that the private respondents have filed an appeal against the order dated 19.02.2025 (Annexure P-8) vide which, the resolution was declared invalid and set aside by respondent No.3 under Section 27 of the Haryana Cooperative Societies Act, 1984. Learned counsel further submits that the above said appeal is still pending and no decision has been taken by respondent No.2 on the said appeal. Learned counsel submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid appeal, in a time bound manner.
