The petitioners through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India ARE seeking direction to respondent to decide their representation dated 11.06.2025 seeking compensation on account of death of their family member due to electrocution. 2.
This is second round of litigation. The petitioners earlier filed CWP-34195-2024 which was disposed of vide order dated 18.12.2024 with a direction to respondents to pay interim compensation of ₹5,00,000/-. The petitioners were granted liberty to pursue their claim for further compensation. The petitioners have filed representation dated 11.06.2025 seeking compensation as per Policy dated 08.07.2019 framed by respondent. The alleged incident took place on 16.07.2023 which banished petitioner's family members DEEPAK BISSYAN 2026.05.27 15:49 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
