This petition has been filed under Section 482 CPC seeking seeking quashing of FIR No.29 dated 01.02.2022 under Sections 376-D, 354, 506, 120-B IPC (Sections 376-D, 354, 506, 120B were deleted and Section 384, 511 IPC were added) registered at Police Station Division No.5, Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main accused has already settled the matter with the complainant. He submits that the petitioner has been implicated without any substance. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that the matter is still under investigation.
