Upon notice official respondents have put in appearance through learned State counsel.

Notices issued to private respondents have not been received back served or otherwise.

At the time of hearing today,learned counsel for the petitioner in the light of Sarpanch having been suspended, prays for permission to withdraw the present writ petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
