Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case FIR No.106 dated 19.11.2017 registered at Police Station Khanauri, final report has not been submitted so far despite his representation (Annexure P-1) to Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur to look into the grievance of petitioner as mentioned in representation (Annexure P-1) and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
