The petitioner is aggrieved that a complaint regarding the malfunctioning of the affairs of the society yielded to an enquiry by the District Registrar under Section 54 of the Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012. His grievance is that in spite of the outcome of the enquiry in his hands after the enquiry was conducted, the District Registrar is not taking action in the manner contemplated under Section 55 of the Act. The District Registrar shall take an appropriate action or if there is no action possible, the same be communicated to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
