The petitioner has filed the writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, with the following prayer:- "I) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus, thereby directing the Respondent No.2 and Respondent No.3 to consider and decide the Complaint dated 04.08.2020 (ANNEXURE P-4) and reminder to the complaint dated 21.09.2020 (ANNEXURE P-5) forwarded by the Petitioner to Respondent No.2 and Respondent No.3 for taking action against Mr. Hardeep Singh, Harjinder Singh (Elder Brother of Hardeep Singh), Bhupinder Singh (Paternal Uncle of Hardeep Singh) and Mohinder Pal Singh (Granthi) for solemnizing fake marriage and taking physical advantage of the petitioner by committing cheating and fraud upon the petitioner, which has not been decided by the Respondents till date.

II) Direct the Respondent No.2 and Respondent No.3 for protecting the life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members from Mr. Hardeep Singh, Harjinder Singh (Elder Brother of Hardeep Singh), Bhupinder Singh (Paternal Uncle of Hardeep Singh) and to take appropriate action against the aforesaid persons, as per law.

III) to (VI) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX VII) To make an investigation/inquiry against such fake self styled institutions/trust and against such Pandits/Purohits/Granthi and if found guilty, strict action may be taken against such fake self styled institutions/trust and against such Pandits/Purohits/Granthi so that a meaningful message is sent in the society, in the interest of justice". The petitioner claims to have married to Hardeep Singh against withes of the parents. They had sought protection of their life and liberty from this court which was granted. Now, it is being claimed that Hardeep Singh and her in-laws are troubling her.

It is apparent from the reading of the writ petition that the dispute between the parties is the result of marital discord. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the petitioner has more than one efficacious remedies. Hence, the petitioner is relegated to the alternative remedy, as per law.

With the observations made above, the present petition is disposed of.
