The present civil writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the impugned order (Annexure P-4) dated 07.07.2022 passed by the Senior Citizen, Appellate Tribunal, Yamuna Nagar filed by the petitioner and for the issuance of writ of certiorari for quashing the letter (Annexure P-6) dated 17.08.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
