(ORAL) Instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner as mentioned in representations dated 25.08.2014 (Annexure P-6) and dated 10.12.2014 (Annexure P-7).
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present writ petition on merits, however, prays that respondent No.2 - Additional Deputy Commissioner be directed to look into representations dated 25.08.2014 (Annexure P-6) and dated 10.12.2014 (Annexure P-7).
