The petitioner is seeking the concession of anticipatory bail under Section 482 of BNSS 2023 in case FIR No.174 dated 30.11.2024 registered under Sections 303(2) of the BNS and under Section 21 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, registered at Police Station Shahkot, District Jalandhar.

Learned counsel for the State, upon instructions, has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 12.06.2025 and is no longer required for further investigation. 3.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the petition is allowed and the interim order dated 12.06.2025 is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
