The resort to this action before this Court is incompetent in a situation where the Haryana Cooperative Societies Act, 1984 provides for a dispute resolution mechanism under Section 102 of the Act and any person who is aggrieved will have only a dispute resolution. According to him, the order determining the liability was passed without giving appropriate opportunity and therefore, his right to challenge the correctness of the order cannot be taken away. If any person is aggrieved by any dispute which has been decided through statutory arbitration, there is a remedy for appeal under Section 114 of the Act that has not been availed by the petitioner. The remedy sought for before this court is not competent as the petitioner has not availed of remedy of what is available under the Act.

The writ petition is dismissed.
