**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in case FIR No. 51, dated 09.07.2019, under Sections 498-A, 406 of IPC, registered at Police Station Nayagaon, District SAS Nagar.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to order dated 10th February, 2020, passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined investigation.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Tasvir Singh, states that the petitioners are no longer required for further interrogation and has got recovered all the remaining articles.
However, learned counsel appearing for the complainant submits that all the articles, which stand reflected in the list annexed with the FIR have not yet been recovered.
