Deputy Commissioner,Karnal and others .............Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Narender Pal Bhardwaj,Advocate for the petitioner Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Complainant in the present writ petition is assailing the regular enquiry report dated 23.12.2014 (P-5) submitted by SDO (Civil)-cum-Enquiry Officer, Karnal whereby Krishan Lal,Sarpanchrespondent no.3 has been exonerated of the charge of rape involving moral turpitude.

Charges have been dropped in the light of acquittal of said Sarpanch in the criminal trial vide judgment dated 13.11.2014 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karnal.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the enquiry report. The view taken does not appears to be perverse apart from serious doubt regarding locus of the complainant to maintain the present writ petition. Dismissed.
