(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.37 dated 26.04.2025 under Sections 316(2), 318(4) of BNS, 2023 (erstwhile Sections 406, 420 IPC) registered at Police Station Garhdiwala, District Hoshiarpur.

A compromise has been arrived at between the parties. 3.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 25.03.2026 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 25.03.2026 and is not required for custodial interrogation.

In this view of the matter, interim order dated 25.03.2026 is made absolute.
