AARADHNA SAWHNEY , J (ORAL) By virtue of present petition filed under Section 482 of BNSS, petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0045 dated 25.04.2025 under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 351(2), 3(5), 118(2) added later on registered at P.S SBS Nagar.

After arguing for some time and realizing that this Court is not inclined to grant the relief, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
