***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Admittedly, the impugned transfer orders dated 26.09.2006/13.07.2016, Annexures P-1 and P-2 and 14.07.2016, Annexure P-3 have been withdrawn qua petitioner Nos.1 and 2 vide order dated 22.05.2017.
Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that the petitioners can represent in general transfers which are due. Same shall be considered in accordance with the Rules.
In view of the same, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby disposed of.
